 Anna knew what this was-a challenge. The fae woman wasn't a werewolf, but she was a dominant in her own territory. And just maybe she considered Charles her territory. As he had certainly once been. 

If you like shifter books, you should definitely read one of Patricia Briggs's series. She is an absolutely fantastic writer. It seems like I've been ranting about Briggs for weeks now, but she's the only author I've read so far this year. I'm almost done with Hunting Ground, and although sad that it's almost over, I'm uber excited about reading some other authors. Anyway, look for my review of Hunting Ground which will hopefully be up later tonight or tomorrow.
